• US-74 Independence Blvdtward Charlotte
• Use the right 2 lanes to take exit 242 for I-277 Outer N/NC-16 N/Brookshire Frwy toward I-85
• Merge onto I-277 N/NC-16 N
• Take exit 3B toward Church St/Downtown/Graham Street/U.S. 29/NC-49
• Turn left onto N Church St
• Continue on N Church St. until you cross 6th street
• The Avenue will be on your left across from founders cemetery.
• Take a left into the parking garage. Then take a left into Third Fifth bank parking.
• When you walk out of the garage take a left to The Avenue entrance
• Check in with the concierge
